Chester / Full-Time / £18,727 Plus Commission

ADESA Remarketing Ltd is now seeking a new Telemarketing Executive. This is a new role due to the expansion of our CRM Team and focuses on the start of a customer’s sales journey.

This is a great time to join ADESA.   Part of the KAR group in North America who are global leaders in Vehicle Auctions and Online Remarketing. ADESA provides key partner solutions to large and small dealer groups and leasing companies across UK, Europe and North America. Recent changes to our digital automotive and UPSTREAM remarketing products and the launch of our new IVI Inspection products are set to enhance our proposition to our customers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Work actively on telephone campaigns to engage with new customers
  • Support marketing campaigns with telephone calls to convert leads
  • Working on lead generation to complete the customers onboarding journey
  • Ensuring any new customers are qualified to ensure they meet company requirements
  • Complete new customers registration details and set up relevant accounts
  • Complete relevant calls to promote, educate and train new customers on company products
  • Assist in converting new customers into active buyers
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to reflect accurate customer information
  • Contact and reengage with non-purchasing customers by promoting the business and its services
  • Troubleshoot and escalate any system issues

Must haves

  • Experience or interest in the automotive industry
  • A highly motivated results-oriented individual who strives to achieve to the best of their ability in a positive and proactive way
  • Ability to work as part of a small team, maintaining a positive team ethic
  • Be able to work well under pressure and always maintain a professional manner
  • Previous sales or telephone experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to take responsibility for the role
  • Strong communication skills by telephone
  • Good problem solving skills
