Are you interested in a Sales Administrator role within an Automotive business at the forefront of the industry, which is based on Chester Business Park?

An opportunity has arisen for someone with strong attention to detail to support with the daily e-auction sales, reporting, operations, and retailer communication. This role will assist in the delivery of high-quality marketing messages and the presentation of key market data to assist sales teams.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Composing stock lists ensuring correct pricing / campaigns are adhered to
  • Selecting vehicles for the relevant auction sale
  • Sending key data and reports to retailers
  • Accurately processing sales on systems
  • Updating reserve starting prices and changing relevant descriptions
  • Price checking sales for errors
  • Update any changes in customer contacts on internal system
  • Provide any important market feedback to internal team
  • Identify areas to improve E-Auction performance within NACCs customers change to just customers/retailers
  • Dealing with customer queries promptly and professionally

Must haves

  • Experience of the Motor Industry would be an advantage
  • Strong IT skills are essential with an understanding of the following software packages
  • All Microsoft Office packages specifically; excel, power point and publisher
  • A knowledge of marketing techniques and practices
  • The ability to work with and understand data
  • Creative individual who is confident in presenting own ideas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player willing to get involved with varied tasks as required
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Keen eye for detail
