Jonathan Holland

Managing Director

As Managing Director of ADESA UK, Jonathan Holland oversees the day-to-day management of KAR’s UK businesses while also providing key guidance in the formulation and execution of KAR’s pan-European strategy

Jonathan has over 30 years of experience in the European automotive industry, stretching across the entire continent - UK, France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and CEE. With a focus on technology he is looking forward to taking ADESA to new heights and transforming an industry.

Phil Deegan

Operations Director

As Operations Director for ADESA UK, Phil runs the Operations & compound management teams, management of key accounts and the continued development of Used Vehicle remarketing solutions.

With a passion for business efficiency and people, Phil has developed and deployed significant used vehicle remarketing strategies and solutions that can boast real, tangible KPI delivery and improvement.
With ADESA’s sights sets on digital solutions, Phil’s expertise will ensure we never lose our human touch to drive results for our customers.

Paul Winfield

Director of Finance

As Director of Finance for ADESA UK, Paul oversees the company’s Financial, Project and Business Information teams.

With a background in customer service businesses, outsourcing and over a decade of automotive specific experience, Paul understands the value of accurate financial data and insight to our customers and suppliers. With a strong attention to detail and an analytical flair, Paul helps drive real value across the business, benefiting our partners across all ADESA solutions helping them achieve their strategic goals and vision.

Amanda Trevor

Director of Human Resources

Amanda brings over 25 years of experience and is responsible for the Human Resources and People Strategy which supports the vision of ADESA. She also has responsibility for Business Services which provides procurement, facilities and H&S support. Amanda is passionate about building a positive working culture where strengths and talents are recognised and people are encouraged to grow, develop their skills, to work smarter and be the best they can. Providing an innovative, happy and vibrant workplace where values are at the heart of everything.

Kevin Nugent

Head of IT

Kevin brings a wide array of technology expertise to the role of Head of IT at ADESA. Most recently serving five years in senior IT roles at Manheim where he led technology teams that powered services for vehicle locators, imagery solutions, data enhancement products and physical/digital auction systems.

Earlier in his career, he held technology-related roles spanning across several industries including manufacturing, marketing, travel and retail. His vast experience will help propel our digital solutions forward with new thinking that is dynamic and efficient.

David Grice

Head of Sales

As Head of Sales for ADESA UK, David oversees the company’s overarching sales strategy.

David has over 30 years’ experience in the automotive industry and draws on this experience to competitively and incisively position the business in the marketplace. David’s passion lies in fusing new technology and sales methods with the human element of his dedicated teams. Not only does David strive for high conversion rates but paramount is the experience of each customer, to ensure a pleasant and fulfilling buying experience.
