We’ve expanded our head office operations in Chester with the formation of a dedicated product team to oversee the development of the company’s new ADESA UPSTREAM platform.
Michelle Anderson has been appointed Product Manager with responsibility for the UK implementation of ADESA UPSTREAM following the recent migration of the company’s legacy IT systems to this new global platform. Michelle joins the business from GBG plc, the identity management company, where she was also Product Manager.
“My responsibility is to develop the long-term roadmap for ADESA UPSTREAM in the UK while working closely with the product teams in the US and Canada to align with ADESA’s global strategic plans,” said Anderson.
“I’m delighted to be part of a global team using cutting-edge digital technology to disrupt the traditional remarketing model,” she said
Stacey Adderley also joins the team as Product Owner with responsibility for liaising between the management and technical teams in the UK, US and Canada.
“This is an exciting time to be joining ADESA Remarketing as it expands in the UK. I’m looking forward to working with colleagues in Chester, as well as Carmel and Toronto, to deliver the best possible services to our customers,” she said.
Adderley joins from Auto Trader where she worked on developing the business’ internal CRM platform.
“We’re delighted to welcome Michelle Anderson and Stacey Adderley to the new ADESA UPSTREAM product team,” said Jonathan Holland, Managing Director of ADESA Remarketing.
“We want to ensure the voice of our customer is embedded in what we do, and our product team are positioned to help ensure we offer solutions that reflect our current and future customer needs,” he said.
The appointments follow the recent expansion of our head office operations, with the opening of an additional unit on Chester Business Park, as we continues to recruit new customer service staff and software engineers to develop in-house IT solutions which are helping to transform online remarketing.
